Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Chris’ Rocket Supplies. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
All return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date shown by the carrier.
- Day 1 begins on the delivery date.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
- No exceptions will be made beyond the 30-day limit.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED (RMA)
All returns require prior written approval.

Your request must include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- All included parts, accessories, and documentation must be returned
Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, modification, or missing components will not be eligible for refund.
Chris’ Rocket Supplies reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund.
RESTOCKING FEE
All approved returns are subject to a flat 20% restocking fee.
- The restocking fee applies to the item purchase price.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No additional or variable restocking fees will be charged beyond 20%.
NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Hazardous materials (hazmat), including but not limited to reloads, igniters, chemicals, and regulated materials
- Opened consumable products
- Clearance or marked final-sale items
- Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged
Hazardous materials cannot be returned due to federal shipping and safety regulations.
REJECTED, UNCLAIMED, OR RETURNED HAZMAT SHIPMENTS
If a hazardous material (hazmat) shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned by the carrier or recipient:
- The customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping charges, which will match or exceed the original shipping cost
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Any additional carrier, handling, or regulatory fees incurred due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or return will be charged to the customer
Hazmat items remain final sale and cannot be returned for a full refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If an order has already been processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is approved prior to shipment, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
- Clear photos of the product and packaging are required
Failure to report damage within 3 days may result in denial of the claim.
Manufacturer defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies where applicable.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
- The 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted
Chris’ Rocket Supplies reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet return requirements.
