Shipping Policies

Please make sure you pick the actual shipping method you want. Parcel Post is typically cheapest but has a very long transit time and can be in excess of 2 weeks. If you ordered motors or igniters, this is the only "cheap" option available. 

FedEx requires a signature on all hazardous material packages and will not allow the packages to be redirected to an alternate address.

Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package when delivered. If no one is available to sign for the package when delivered and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all charges related to the return.
