Ordering & Inventory

Do you sell items you don’t have in stock?
No. We do not sell inventory we don’t physically have on hand, with rare exceptions for clearly marked pre-order items. We never do this for rocket motors or propellant unless explicitly stated.

Why does it seem like other vendors have more motors available?
Many vendors sell motors on backorder. We do not. If it’s listed as available on our site, it is in our possession and ready to ship.

Can I combine multiple orders?
Due to the automated systems we use to ensure fast and accurate shipping, combining orders is often not possible. If your orders have not yet shipped, you may contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request; however, once labels are generated or hazmat paperwork is submitted, orders cannot be combined.


Shipping & Hazmat

Why did my order ship in multiple boxes?
Hazmat items (such as rocket motors) must ship separately from non-hazmat items in many cases. It is normal for these shipments to:

  • Have separate tracking numbers

  • Arrive on different days

How many tracking numbers should I expect?
If your order contains both hazmat and non-hazmat items, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. Please review your order confirmation email carefully.

Do you ship hazmat motors internationally?
No. Rocket motors and other hazmat items are U.S. domestic shipping only.


Processing Time

How fast do you ship orders?
Most in-stock orders placed during the business week ship same day or next business day.


Pick-Up Orders & Launch Events

Do you offer local pickup or launch pickup?
Yes—when available, we offer pickup options for select launch events. These will be clearly listed on the launch schedule.

What happens if I miss the pickup deadline?
Orders not picked up as scheduled may need to be shipped later at the customer’s expense or refunded, depending on the situation.


Returns & Issues

What if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If there is damage:

  • Take photos of the box and contents

  • Contact us immediately for assistance

Can rocket motors be returned?
No. Rocket motors and hazmat items are non-returnable once shipped, except in cases of shipping damage or manufacturer defect.


Motors, Lead Times & Manufacturers

Why are certain motors unavailable for long periods?
Motor manufacturers often have extremely long production lead times. It is not uncommon for deliveries to take many months. When we receive motors, they are added to inventory promptly.

Do you know when a specific motor will be back in stock?
Unfortunately, manufacturers rarely provide firm delivery dates. If a motor is not listed on our site, we do not have it and typically have no way of knowing when it will become available again.


Customer Support

Why didn’t I get an immediate response to my email?
We receive a high volume of daily inquiries and operate with a very small team. We do our best to respond promptly, but shipping and order fulfillment always come first.

Are you TRA / NAR friendly?
Yes. We proudly support the high-power and sport rocketry communities and follow all applicable safety, shipping, and compliance regulations.

Can I trust that my order is legitimate and secure?
Absolutely. If you receive an order confirmation and tracking numbers from us, your order is valid and in process. Multiple shipments or staggered delivery dates do not indicate an issue.
