The AeroTech Reloadable Motor System RMS is an aluminum cased reusable motor in kit form that is assembled by the user. You will need AeroTech RMS-54/852 motor hardware to build and complete the motor for many reliable flights. Motor hardware is available separately in a complete set, and also as individual parts. Important: High Power RMS reload kits are not compatible with Mid Power RMS products. You will need to set the desired delay time using the 54mm Delay Drilling Tool (54RDDT), not included.
This RMS motor reload utilizes RCSs exclusive Blue Thunder™ aerospace grade composite propellant formulation, which produces a gorgeous bright violet-blue flame with a minimum of exhaust smoke. Blue Thunder™ motors provide a higher level of thrust than White Lightning™ motors of the same total impulse and are perfect for high lift-off acceleration.
The AeroTech motor reload kit comes with 1 rocket motor reload. Reload kits include all internal motor components and FirstFire™ Initiators and requires HAZMAT shipping via FEDEX.
